Mixed martial arts fighter Conor McGregor is due back in court in New York today on charges of assault and criminal mischief.
At his last court appearance in June, prosecutors said plea negotiations were under way.
Mr McGregor is currently free on bail of $50,000 after being charged with assault and criminal mischief.
He is accused of throwing a metal handcart at a bus carrying UFC fighters at an event in Brooklyn in April.
Prosecutors say it resulted in two men on board the bus suffering injuries. He is also accused of punching a security guard.
