Channel 4 show The Jump could potentially find itself with a £500,000 expenses bill if all the celebrities injured during the most recent series were to claim for compensation.

The 2016 series was plagued with problems after seven of its participants were hurt during training and had to pull out.

And according to The Sun and compensation firm Quittance, that could prove a bit pricey.

The report suggests that Beth Tweddle could be in line for the biggest claim – up to £100,000 after she fractured two vertebrae during training and had to undergo emergency neck surgery.

Meanwhile Tina Hobley, who broke her arm and dislocated her elbow after a crew blunder during training, could be in line for £40,000.
