American surgeon who saved Bono’s arm found dead with knife in his chest

An American doctor who helped to save Bono’s arm after a 2014 bike accident threatened his career, has been found dead in his home.

Dean Lorich, a top surgeon in New York, was discovered with a knife sticking out of his chest yesterday in his bathroom on Park Avenue on Sunday.
